Its 20mm per hub so 40mm width. Had these on the front and 15mm ones on the back sitting on standard 172 wheels and it makes the wheels sit flush with the side of the car. Looks perfect Stance lowered in my opinion. There is a few cars on cs running the same or very similar set up. search flamer...
Just fitted spax coilovers, the cheaper ones without the coilover rears. I feel they are a bit more bouncy then i would like at times. I’ve set the rears about half way and the fronts an inch from the bottom thread so not mega low. The dampings set 12 clicks from soft. Just wanted to ask what...
Had 172, 172 cup and 182 cup all with only mild mods. Out of the three i would say the 172 cup felt the fastest but the difference is very small and would buy on condition over anything else. Unless you want the 182 exhaust that is. Cant comment on the ph1 as ive never driven one.
Had 172 cup, 182 cup, and 172 flamer. There is very little difference in the way they feel to be honest and ABS was never a broblem for me in the dry but never pushed it hard in the wet. The 172 cup is obviously the best base clio if u plan on doing regular track days.
These are the spacers i was originally looking at.
http://www.venommotorsport.com/manufacturer_product.php?manufacturer=FK&category=wheel&product=Spacers&make=Renault&model=Clio System B Centric Bolt to hub and fit wheels as normal.
Just checking the ebay ones were up to the job. Better safe...
Yeah seen the bracket your talking about looks like could be modified if needed. Dont drive hard any way so should be fine. Be more worried about the wife LOL.
The ebay spacers dont bolt directly to the hub like the Fks. This safe enough as heard some bad storys bout spacers.
Looked at the arches and only seems to be one spot where might get rubbing. Im sure this could be modified if need be.
Done a search but cant find the answer im looking for.
Gonna get FK hub centric spacers for my 172 ph2 from venommotorsport but not sure on the best sizes front and rear.
Cars on standard wheels and soon to be on eibach sportlines. Any help would be great. Thanks.
