Anyone? Don't you guys have heated seats in your Clio's?

Hi I have a 1999 Clio 1.2 (Ph1) and the heated seats are not working properly. The fuse is ok (I checked) and the when I press the button to turn it on, it lights up. But it doesn't get warm. Any hints to what I can do to fix it? It's getting cold in the mornings here :dapprove:

The clio is actually my first unmodded car, and will stay stock just to have a cheap car for once.

I live in Norway, so probably a bit expensive shipping and alot of hassle. But thanks for the offer :) The one I'm looking at is only a 20 minute drive away.

As above, I found a cheap roof rack for a mk1 and I'm wondering if it will fit my car. I have a mk2 ph1.
