I stripped it back down to check this initially and the tensioner was working within its range and in line with marks. The noise appears to be coming from lower down near the crank. Would the new aux belt and tensioner fitted have anything to do with it?

Thanks for reply, I had a look at the lower cover and there appears to be a little rubbing there and judging from the wear marks it has been doing it before my change. I gave the lower bolt a little washer on the engine side to make the differance and that should sort that -it was only very...

Thanks, I should have said both are listed as 87W. The issue is that one has ZR in the listing and the other does not. maybe its a earlier production with the ZR on them as suggested?

Yes, when the brake pedal is pressed, normally worse when gentle braking, the annoying squeek is there. I am very tempted to just spray a little lube there! before I do any better fix?

Hi my 182 cup's radio knocks off while driving after 20 min. I am aware of the radio feature that makes it knock off after 20min if the radio is left on and engine is off but this is while driving - beeps and then OFF! Is this a radio fault? any ideas? Thanks
