Ok I need ball joints an track rod ends for mine what are my options? my cheap local garage says they can't get seperate ball joints and it's £62+vat per wishbone and track rod ends are £46+vat each There must be a more cost effective option surely...

Fuel pump is fine i have narrowed it down to the thick green wire coming from the relay, does anybody know where it leads to? I need to trace it and look for a short

Alright lads some of you might have seen my previous thread about the at breaking down and getting the stop light flashing but every time I turn the ignition on to prime the pump the 30amp green fuse blows, what could case that

I gave them all a push to make sure they where in properly but that's about it mate, not sure what relays to fiddle with

What's the likely ness of it being a fuel pump relay?

Yeah the aux belt is still on, no bits missing as far as I'm aware

Belt must be ok, the cams turn when I try to start the car

ok lads I have just been up to look at the car and the fuel pump isn't priming at all

Wouldn't I hear the pistons smashing the valves when turning it over if the belt snapped?

Coil wire is connected (first thing I checked) alternator is fine dont remember if the pump was priming and it's on the other side of the estate I'm home now lol

I removed the rack from my car and iv tried 3 times now to get the wheel straight but every time im driving down a road the wheel is wonky, can I just remove the steering wheel and move it? If u get me, can I take the wheel off, straighten it up then put it back on?

Would the broken driveshalft cause an aggressive shaking?

Hi lads ,so I changed the clutch on my 172 cup and now when I'm driving the engine shakes violently, but only does it when I'm accelerating, when the clutch is dipped it's fine had it to a garage and he said one of the drive shafts could be broken, any ideas?
