Hi I'm changing my steethere ring rack as there is a bit of play in it an i was wondering before i get going on it tomorrow on my break an run out of time am i going to need to drop the sub frame down to get the rack out an back in or is it possible to slide it out with out dropping the frame...

this is my 172 just a few puts of the clio when i was how last i found some red rally mud flaps in the shed an not shore whether to fit them or not just to be different as not really seen any with big rally flaps on????:S

i have a pair of corbeau sprint bucket seats in my loft an what to fit them in my clio but i just want some sub frames or runners that will fit them an not need much work doing can any one help or give me some advice? thank you :S
