Hi, I recently took my car to a specialist, after it had trouble starting from cold, and the other day the engine kept cutting out, and juddering back and forth when moving. They told me the head gasket has gone and gave me two options; - replace the head gasket, but there could be problems...

Parked outside reception, reg plate ended in RUG. It looked awesome! Mine was the poor little 1.2 on the opposite side if the road.

I have exsactly the same problem, with the same model, year and engine. The coil pack has been replaced, and the crank sensor... but it still fails. its only when its cold though, so could it be a temperature sensor?

it was in the afternoon around 4ish?

what spacing? between the stud and center, PCD?

Yeh, the RS grille makes loads of difference. Thats pretty much the only thing ive done to mine so far and looks miles better. Looks good.

looks good mate. Did it come with the boots and lowered or have u put them on? RS grill will transform it. its the only real mod ive made on mine so far. will look awesome with the ph3 front bumper.

Hai! My little 1.2 02 plate is struggling to start in the morning. its fine starting up durning the day, after ive drove a little. Ive just had a full service, cambelt and waterpump change, so i thote this would sort it out. But fail. Any ideas what this could be? cheers.

Should be getting these next week then hopefully. Just had a service, cambelt, waterpump n shizzle done so now I can start with the properstuff. Mite just have to give it ago fitting them myself! Cheers for the comments.
