i used to own a m-coupe and they are crazy fast, i now have a v6 255 and the coupe would kill it for straight line pace, but even in the dry it was hard to get the power down with wheelspinning the car in the first 3 gears, the pre 2001 model did not have traction control and was a real handful...

costs me £54 to fil up and get around 280 per tank, works out about 18-20mpg.

i had the m coupe before i got my v6, and to be honest the m coupe is so much better, faster ,better built, better to drive, better interior, and what an engine 0-60 4.3, 325 bhp need i say more.

mike- evo tested the z3m coupe and got the 0-60 time of 4.3, bmw claim its 5.4 0-60 but thats complete rubbish they only say that to make the m3 look faster on paper than the z3m. great site i used to belong to for the z3m coupe and lots of info on the car...
