does any1 have a clue how to get more power outa a mk2 ph1 clio without nackerin the engine when used daily.

:S does anyone know if i can get cams for a mk2 clio rsi im only 18 and cant afford the insurance on a 172 but want a faster car than a 1.2 grande. any suggestions on another affordable clios that are good and anyone know were i can get cams from??? :S
