In 3 years of driving a 172 and a 182, apart from consumables and servicing, neither have let me down once. For that matter, there hasn't even been that much in the way of rattles. If looked after these things are great cars.

Not seen a RB one about but definetely seen a 172 BG. There is also a 172 Flamer near my dad which has the SatNav option, of which only 17 were produced. God, im a geek.

Ive seen both these about town. There is a baked bean one with private plates that lives next to TK maxx also. Yours must be the BG one I keep seeing about.

Gave it a decent clean, after which i still found bits that could do with going over, damn midges and fly's on the front bumper. Also ordered some Apex springs and new front and rear wipers. EuroCarParts have got a sale on and all that was less than £74. Bargain I reckon.

I never let the missus near my old flamer before it got killed. She drives her 1.2 Festa like she stole it, so she'd probably have done herself some damage if she had driven it. Thinking about it, i dont think ive ever let her drive any car ive had. Its not right somehow.

Update... Been offered £3200 from the insurance, which ive accepted as its a more than fair price. If only I had a spare set of wheels as i would go and get my speedlines off it. MIght give them a ring and see if i can get them anyway. As to what to get next, well im hankering after some...

Definetly. The morning after they opened the road I was one of the first on it on my way to work and there were hardly even any signs telling you where to go. Everone was just stopping and trying to figure it out. Its a joke round there atm.

Tuesday night. This is the first chance ive had to get pics up. The salvage people that came to get the car said there have been loads of crashes around that roundabout. The old bloke in the back of the car went into a bit of shock and the copper called an ambulance for him, but he was fine...

.... and wrote it off. So basically I was going round Damons roundabout in Lincoln where there are some roadworks and the old lady (she must have been 70+) got confused and decided to drive into the oncoming traffic. Gutted.

Its been in Fast Car too. The headlight cover thingies need losing and think the wheels need losing the red. Maybe do them the same colour as the car. Red and green should never be seen!

Quick question... How did you attach it to the bumper? Ive had one for ages now and am a bit scared of taken the hammer and self-tappers to the underside of the bumper.

Re: CLIO IV RS for 2013, Last news Ok, I take it back. I'm slowly falling for the front end. 5-door still ain't impressing. But it being a turbo is making up it. I'm looking forward to see what the tuners and ECU rippers can do with it. Is 300bhp gonna be achievable and sustainable?!

Re: CLIO IV RS for 2013, Last news Looks bloody awful. As for 5-door only, I dont buy it at all. Why would Renualt produce the bigger Megane in a 3-door version but not do the same with it smaller brother. It doesnt make any sense.
