I wouldnt bother doing anything serious or expensive to it. Ive always been a sensible driver, but accidents happen. Especially when you first start. No matter how sensible or careful you are it doesnt make up for lack of experience. Wrote off my first car, luckily it only cost me £350 :)

Ok thanks, i might add another layer of lacquer see if that helps and if not , sand it down to the colour again and try with more colour

WIth the number plate... The colour match is really bugging me im tempted to start again...but if they turn out like that again it will be a waste of time =/

Yeah, everyone else says looks fine but everytime i look at it all I can see is the colour difference! Hopefully ill get over it soon!

Its good in some lights, but in person you can tell more a difference. Especially in the sun. The paint job looks good though so not to fussed. It matches my drivers side wing though (which i beleive to have been resprayed before i bought and is also slightly off) so thats a plus! :P

Thanks :) yeah definately better than the black. Took me a few days and pretty damn pleased with the finish, just bit of a shame on the colour. But maybe it will look better once cured and i give the car a good clean and wax etc..have to wait and see!

I LOVE THE ORANGE! Who cares what others say, its the interior so it doesnt matter to people outside the car. If you like it keep it, your the one driving it. Its different. I personally wouldnt have gone with orange as its not really my colour but thats all matter of personal taste!

Noticed alot of the cars on here havent got mudflaps. Mine came with them, and dont really understand why people take them off. There not exactly noticable on my car. But maybe they are on more heavily modded cars. What do people think? Also sorry for posting so many threads on here lately, Im...

Heres mine, terrible pic though lol just quickly snapped it after fitting the alloys. Needs a good clean and a better camera lol. Alloys arent in the best nick but got them very cheap so pretty happy.

Alloys :) Not the best conditon but great for the price.

Depends how you dried it. I use a chamois n usually comes up good.

Did it all aerosol. I whipped them of and redid the lacquer. Much much happier with the outcome.

Update - Bit more pleased with the colour coding now, Im very pleased with the colour match and looking bit shinier now after Ive had them off to add another layer or so of lacquer. Not 100% perfect, few imperfections but im happy enough...For now!

More i look at them in different lights less pleased I am. Looks very patchy from some angles. Dull & Patchy not good! I hope I can fix this without starting over!
