    Small pipe going to "nipple" on throttle body / inlet manifold

    What is it, it does down to near the horn? Seems to be restricting the revs on tick over, suffering with a lump idle on tick over (just been rebuilt) When i take this off, it grabs back say another 100 rpm, but is still slightly lumpy, when i put it back on, it starves it slightly. Any ideas?

    Engine not turning over after rebuild.

    Have just finished rebuilding my F4R engine, have had it turning over by hand in the work shop (10x) , dropped it into the bay, tried turning it over one more time before starting it up and it's turned a little over half way then come to a stop. Parts replaced, Big end bearings, APR's, Rings...

    Correct torque settings for standard con rod bolts

    I've been told by a Renault Specialist that 60nm is correct (and they have now been tightened to that) however have seen people saying its 20nm and also checked with a (non specialist) garage and auto data is saying 20nm, i know auto data should been taken with a pinch of salt!
