Just double check the switch is in the right way, i think it only goes in one way though (cheeky). probably check the fuse make sure you aint shorted anything pulling it out ;)

Hey guys, Tried to change the spark plugs on my 13 year old Clio grande. The previous owner clearly never gave a toss about the wee car and it shows! Trying to change the plugs today and they were basically welded to the head, so me in all my genius decided to use penetrating fluid on 'em see...

My 1.2 grande has a very high bite as well, heard its not unusual. my cars done 118,000K and its not been changed, might consider it soon though!

magic! found the right wires!, probably going to add a switch, does that just cut in somewhere on the live cable?

right, so if im wiring a strip in the passenger side and a strip in the driver side, how does it all go together? and how does this work with the central locking button, when are they on? when are they off? you seem to be the man in know, bare with me mate.

MK2 PH1 : Having problems with my courtesy light, It comes on when all the doors are shut so i actually need to physically turn it off. Any ideas what the problem might be? is it with the doors or the light unit?

So say I wanted to run it from the battery, would it be - RED + wire to the switch to the led then Black - wire back to the battery? I'm completely clueless with electrics.

Having trouble getting the aerial off on my mk2 ph1. Its front mounted and about 4 meters long (exaggerated). Just wondering do screw off or am I better salvaging one from another car at a breakers? Cheers!

I just fitted my new head unit two days ago, had the same problem. Solution was to push the wires around behind the dash so they were in the same sides in relation to the head unit. It took a couple of goes but you'll get there.
