Found what they have sent me on their website. That picture in link above is what I have in front of me - Fronts - FDS565.

Ferodo website says these...
Hiya,
I ordered some Ferodo DS2500 pads from KTec and on the pads it says -
Fronts - FDS565
Rears - FDS588
I have taken my front wheel off and checked it against one of my OE front pads and it seems to be the same size. My only concern is two of the four Ferodo front pads have a brake...
Yeah its blueprinted and loves to rev. Been in a few standard 1.8s and this is the first one that ive been in that will pull almost 140mph on the clock on a private test track ;)
Thanks for your opinions guys. Im seriously thinking about just keeping it as a second car and stripping it bare, with the cup engine it would be an absolute blast on road/track for almost peanuts!

Been offered a nice williams and a tuned 16v engine so now have a choice! Now just working out the rest of the costs to see which one i got for. Liverpool victoria wouldnt even quote me with a williams conversion...
All those of you with 2.0ltr williams conversions let me know who your insured with as im struggling to find a competitive quote. Best I have had so far is from Adrian Flux. Any ideas people?
Brought a car from a trader with an aftermarket warranty. My headgasket went after 5 months and I tried to claim. They have rejected the claim based on the car having a performance exhaust that was on the car when i brought it and the warranty was taken out. Phoned the trader and the warranty...
Have you tried getting a quote with you as the main driver but put every old person you know with lots of NCB as named drivers. My mate saved £100s this way. Its completely legal, just dont let them drive your lovely valver as if they crash it effects your no claims!!!
I wish I had the time (and tools) to do alot of things on my valver. Still getting other people to do it all for me gives me more time to enjoy the weekends and get out on the top roads around cambs!:devilish:
Spark plugs, dizzy, rotary arm, HT leads, oil, coolant and a good going over my car to find anything else thats going to need doing soon. Car was running ok before but was a little hesitant. Now it picks up cleanly and throttle response is sooo much sharper! Feels like i got at least 15 bhp...
Had my car serviced (minor) at one of those chain garages that specialise in exhaust, tyres etc. (wont say which one but you can probably guess). They had trouble with the sparkplugs and the monkey they got to do it claimed the plugs were crossthreaded in the head. I was of course gutted and...
As its quite narrow down there is there an easy way to tell if the whole plug is spinning or if its just the ceramic top part if you know what i mean? As for the head I meant another garage, possibly GDI, if it needs to come off its getting some other bits done at the same time!)
Had my valver serviced by an incompetent garage this weekend which included changing the plugs. They claim that a spark plug was damaged by a previous garage and now just spins and wont come out. Liars. It ran fine before and now doesnt run quite right and im desperate to get it sorted. Anyone...
