just to add lambda sensors dont work till its come off choke (COLD START) if that helps so if it still does it when on choke its nothing to do with lambdas ;)

i'd say cam sensor, throttle body or even a really knackered dephaser? i mean as far as i know they all dont like been driven cold anyway but sounds like it might be a bit worse than usual lol

Hi mate, bumper is repairable its called plastic welding where hot plastic is inserted and is bonded to the bumper would find it strange if it split again, i am a car repairer/painter and have to 100's of repairs similar to that cant remeber any coming back either i know how hard them bumpers...
