Some Advice Needed Please, Poorly Cup!!

Went for a drive in my 172 cup which has been faultless till now for 2 years went over a slight hump in a country lane at the top of 3rd then followed a misfire at 7500k then it just died? when i stopped there was smoke coming out of the airbox and dipstick? any ideas? im thinking its starved of fuel when i went over the hump as i was on the way to get fuel so fuel was low too, but now when i try and start it, it sounds like there is no compression? bent valves maybe? hope this isnt too badly damaged and maybe someone can help and advise me? lol cheers #whatawolly

roughly around 15000 miles ago few people suggested it might have jumped? yeah 7500 misfire splutter then died and now it just whines with no compression i hope its not too fooked it WAS a cracking engine running 184bhp my mate is a renault specialist so going to get him to look at it bit of a pain seens as i was ready to buy coilovers typical ey!
