thanks Mick, regarding the central locking, the button inside the van for the locks does not seem to do anything at all! the door will lock if i manually push the snib down but apart from that i cannot get them to work via the key, have a new lock coming tuesday but ill see if there is anyway...

also when i put the aircon on the air was not Ice cold so im thinking its not gassed up when i managed to free up some money next month ill get that checked and filled if needed

when i turn my aircon on i can feel a drop in revs etc does that mean my fan is kicking in? sorry just thinking maybe i should have double checked the fan was running lol whats a CTS?? sorry im a joiner and not that much of a mechanic but i like learning new things lol :)

may be stupid but check your battery terminal if its totally dead as in wont even turn over maybe hitting the bump made the terminal jump off

i had a airbag problem and i ended up changing the ECU got it off here for £30 and sorted my problem right away, Not hard to change 10 min job.... Renault can clear the code i believe if thats quicker and faster but will cost you but you may need to change impact sensors, i'm not 100% sure how...
