I usually get it delivered to my mum's work place, though mine wouldn't mind either especially since I'm the one who usually signs for stuff anyway! haha Do you not have a garage you could use? Keeps it out of the wind etc and hanging up some old rags will keep the paint from going everywhere...

Rock didn't damage anything except the window, only a couple of small scratches on the inside of the drivers door. So much glass every where :( They left the £5-£10 I had in there as well as my stereo and my £120+ glasses. Obviously they had no clue what they were doing. Another incident...

Had a big rock thrown through my passenger side window, my iPod and some other bits stolen. Police weren't much help :(

They would probably break them if they tried. With the window up they're quite secure and you can't flex them to be able to remove them easily.

Ah, I've not had a prebuilt system since about 8 years ago, but as Greeny. pointed out, it should work via the BIOS then. ​Any CD/DVD/USB/etc for W8 should work fine, as long as something gives it the correct key it should work out what version to install.

The key should be on a sticker somewhere on the laptop/system case, just enter that when you reinstall windows and it should work out what version to install etcetc.

Not sure why this was left out, but it needs a good clean too!
