I see. Thanks for that :).
Did the rear hubs bolt straight on yeah?
I'll pm you if you don't want the thread cluttered, but I find chatting on threads means the info is available to anyone in the future :).
I think I will in a month or so when I have the time to start it :).
Something I’ve wondered is how to get the abs to work, does the kangoo have the same amount of teeth or do you just swap the rings over?
I once put a uch and ecu off a car with autolights and wipers onto a car without and the wipers only worked on one setting. Fast or off.
So the uch was looking for the autowiper sensors, I'd imagine your car would do a similar thing.
It'll all swap over fine. Even the 182 bodywork will fit if you want to mess around with painting it.
I've always liked the idea of this conversion as I once had a 5 door mk2 Clio and it was handy.
Thanks for the link.
I've read the fitting guide provided on the page and it says the pas delete kit is only to be used with their lightweight pulley set.

Hi everyone.
I'm going to be replacing my steering rack with the EPS rack from a dCi I'm currently breaking.
I have a Trophy and would like to keep the air con.
What pulley / set up would everyone recommend?
Thanks!
I'm in the same boat as you, power isn't everything to me.
I have a 182 in the garage that i cannot justify insuring, taxing and running when I have a wide tracked DCI that does 70mpg and does the corners better than my 182 that needs love.
Hi all, I know there has been threads about the EPS conversion but I'm looking to keep my AC.
I have a 182 and whilst the engines out I'm looking to convert it all over. I have a donor DCI.
Would it be possible to do this and retain the AC?
What belt, idler would I need if possible?
Thanks!
When I installed a Sport bumper to my expression a few years ago I didn't bother to wire up the fogs. They where there so looked nice but Iv'e rarely ever needed fogs, Clio fogs are useless anyway iv'e found.
@Rob669 - I work at a motor factors and can use the tools. They aren't mine. I just wanted someone to confirm they are all the right ones I need :)
Cheers.
Hi all, Iv'e done many many searches but have found nothing.
I have a 172 with satnav and the backlight has broken. Iv'e removed it and need a new one.
Does anybody have any idea where I can get one?
Would renault even supply one?
Or... what do people think if using something like this...
That's a clean looking car you have there. I'm not a big fan of aftermarket modifications though.
But hey, it's your car! :)
172 wheels would be a nice upgrade, or even some 182 wheels.
