Aye a lot of insurers charge silly amounts for the slightest thing, because it is then classed as "modified". Does my nut in. It's just a stainless catback

Did you get this sorted Emma? I was going to try to fix it through Prima rock solid mounts but I was told the vibrations would be even louder

mine does this on a 12 month old RS192. Does my head in. I've had a garage tighten a few things but the back of the car still vibrates on idle.

Does it vibrate noise into the boot?

Avoid cheap ones off eBay for a start.

What like are K-tec exhausts? Considering one myself, mostly due to positive feedback regarding fitment. My 192 won't sit right in the bumper (o/s won't sit centre) and it vibrates too much. I will go for the silenced type. Am I right in assuming the tailpipes sit dead centre in the bumper...

Cheers Chip. Are changing the inner tie rods easier with the wishbone removed? I'm thinking while the wishbones are off, I may aswell replace them plus any other bushes
