That's like £2500-£3000 more than it should be.

Yes should be out of 400.

To put it in perspective, some dude wanted just over £7k for a <20,000 mile mint garaged Willy. He'll never sell it at £6500 no matter how mint.

Absolutely true. IMO clios (esp. 172/182) sell for less than book price for whatever reason but people seem to try and get way over book price for them. I tried selling my clio a year or so ago and knew the f**k about I'd have trying to sell it privately just recently, that's why I didn't ven bother advertising in autotrader before I traded it in.
