0-60 times

someone help, got a 1.6 mk2 facelift. im pretty sure it gets to 60 in 2nd, just as limiter kicks in (the b*****d), am i right or telling porkies? all you 1.6 owners, what time u got out of urs? mines booked at 9.6 but im almost certain ive got it to bout 8.5, is that also me being wrong?!

My limiter kicks in about 58-59 mph!

Ive done 0-60 times in 8.5sec with 2 people in the Car and full tank, spare wheel etc

and 0-100 in 23 secs

All timed using an AP22 and GPS
