02 plate Blue 172, Coalpit Heath, Bristol

Spotted this dark blue (is that monaco?) 172 in the Badminton Arms carpark last night around 10pm..
anyone?
if it was, then you may have seen my cup parked up in there.

that wasnt me but it could have been a chap i know called matt ? did it have a non standard exhuast on it ?

don't know about the exhaust mate, i only saw it from the front.
All looked standard as far as i could see.
