02 reg 1.2 struggling , engine management light on with p0606 fault code

Ive read on here but there old threads that this car is common for wires to rub on the ecu cover causing this fault. If this is the case what is the best plan of action. Cheers

Renault! Common fault I believe it was a call back but give them a call first to double check.

Isnt it as simple as repair the wires and clear the code???

just had a run in the car and it runs sweet with a lead foot. but its just the first couple of thousand revs

just had my code reader plugged in an on the data it got FUELSYS1 OL_FAULT
And when i turn the ignition off the carbon canister is ticking like mad

I had visibly bare wires thanks to the ecu cover rubbing, a new engine loom sorted it. £55
