1.2 16v cant access loom, great big metal block??

Trying to sort the loom on my 1.2, ive read about teh damage being caused at the back of the engine where the ecu is, today i tried to have a look at it but theres a metal block in the way, cant see how to get it off?

Mine was held on with sealant iirc...

My old one just pulled off, no idea if it was meant to or not but I don't think theres any screw holes to keep it in.

It's meant to be "tamper proof" so its not meant to come off really trouble is it cuts through the wires.

get a small mirror, to the back of the bbox you will a small wheel, you need to scroll the wheel upward, takes ages, it will then release

Then chuck it in the bin.
