Been quoted £150 labor off of a mate who owns a garage to change this and I've seen on eBay the clutch kit itself is like £30 - £40 posted, so in total I'm looking at £180 / £190. Is this a good price or not?

its not a bad price, i took mine to a garage and paid 68.99 for a valeo clutch ordered from renault, then paid a total of £350 with the labour, oil, VAT etc included....
the clutch went in 13 months as it wasnt fitted correctly ( i got a second opinion from renault as it had only done just below 8000 miles) but it was just out of the warranty so paid £300 for the same set up last november....
but i would recommend a decent valeo clutch and just make sure your mate fits it properly...
