1.2 16v Clutch

Okay, fair enough. I've made sure he's using a Valeo or LUK clutch and that he's swapping the oil out.

Ok so it got done today. The clutch works fine. HOWEVER, my abs / serv light came on last week which i thought could be an abs ring. I was right as it has fallen apart when he was working on tge car today, so now the engine management is on, abs and serv light were on. However the abs and serv light have gone off now but eng management remains on.

Hes talking about welding a new ring on? If that fails a new driveshaft? Surely thats wrong?

Also it is ticking when turned off, sounds like it is coming from near drivers side front wheel, im assuming its associated with the abs ring not being there? Also when i took it rnd block, the abs was kicking in under soft braking, at low speeds.

Ideas please before i tell him to sort it tomorrow!!

All sorted no ticking, no lights on dashboard, great clutch. Happy days
