Hello all,
Was driving the other day and I noticed that car was starting to miss, wasnt to bad and I knew the plugs were due to be changed, so I did. Unfortunately this did not solve the problem. On removal of the plugs I noticed that what I think to be cylinder 4's plug (on the opposite side from cambelt) was black. So driving the car home it stops missing and is now completely not firing on cylinder 4 at all with the odd miss.
What I've tried:
Checked for spark ( Is fine )
run a current across the injector to ensure its opening and closing ( Is fine )
Tested wiring for the injector for a current ( There is one but If im correct it should be a pulse and not a flat current which would make the injector stay open/closed )
Does anyone have any ideas, any help would be greatly appreciated.
