1.2 16v Rear Drums

After putting the hand brake on a a set of traffic lights, I went to pull away again and noticed that even though I released the handbrake, the rear passenger side wheel was still locked. I managed to get the car home, driving at 20mph with what felt like my handbrake still on. The handbrake fully releases though and the drivers side wheel is fine.

Would you replace both the drum and the shoes on both sides?
What about the bearings? Do they come with the drums?
Also what is the hub nut size as I only seem to have 27mm and 32mm in my socket set and its somewhere inbetween and do I need to replace this after taken the old one off?

And finally, is it a relatively easy job? I am no mechanic but I can do the basic service stuff like oil changes, spark plugs and have done the front disc brakes before.

Cheers for any help guys

I read somewhere that the hub nut size is 30mm? Is this correct?

Don't want to go buy parts if I don't have a socket to get the hub nut off

Why not check it out and only change what's required? So many people change part after part based on suggestions when 20 odd quid and someone who knows there stuff could save you loads of money. Might be a handbrake cable seized and nobody's mentioned that.
