1.2 / 172 top mount - top nut

Hi! Does anyone know if these are the same? I know the top mount itself is the same but is the top nut? I was under the impression the 172's was meant to be 17mm and ive had someone tell me the 1.2's is a 21mm?!

Are they correct or are they infact the same?

different part numbers but same part. The V6's are also the same Fred from yozzasport tells me!
