1.2 1999 to 172 engine help

i have a phase 1 172 engine here to gointo my 199 clio 2 phase one.
has anyone got a mechanic to do this and how much does it cost thanks iain

If you have all the running gear your looknig at between 1-2K..

Running gear as in. engine, gearbox, engine mounts, gearbox mounts, suspension, brakes, drive shafts, ecu, wire loom.
