id already thought about that one, trouble is the cambelt has broken so i have to re-time the engine. thats after ive replaced any bent valves etc etc etc
Cam pulley has a mark that points at 12 o'clock and the crank pulley has a mark that points at 6 o'clock. Your new timing belt should have 2 white lines on it, the whit lines line up with your 6 and 12 o'clock marks!
They r piss easy. Mark on topcam should b at 12 oclock, bottom at 6 oclock, also shoulda markson flywheelnear tdc sensor. If all else fails remove spark plug in number1 cylinder and check the position of the piston. it shouldb at the top.
