1.2 8v Head / 1.2 16v Head

Hi to anybody reading quick question . . . . . .

I have an X reg (2000) plate 1.2 8v and i just wondered whether anybody knew if the 1.2 16v head from the (01) plate bolted straight on?

Because i fanced uprating it just for a bit of fun

Would there be alot of work involved?

It just wouldn't work mate, you'd have to do an engine swap along with all the electrics etc etc. if you were doing that there would be no point in only going up to 75bhp. Save your money up and buy a faster one straight out of the box.

No worries mate, I suffered a 1.4 8v for 3.5 years, trust me when I say 75bhp ain't worth it!
