My grandad has been telling me his 1.2 sometimes runs badly, his MPG has dropped from 47 to 42, he has been driving it like its been for a while because the fault only happens sometimes, he also has said that on full lock the engine sometimes stalls.
Does the above sound like a MAP sensor? he's garage has given him a diagnostics and told him its the map sensor, they also cleaned it (which i didnt think you could do) with air probably buggering it more?
Is the map sensor a Renault only job or will a pattern part be ok?
