1.5 diesel - white smoke

I appreciate this forum is geared more toward the sportier Clios, but if anyone can help me here i'd love you long time.

My 02 plate is chucking out a fair bit of white smoke once you get over 3000 revs. I've checked the following

Water - fine (not using much)

Oil- fine (there is no water mixed with it)

Like i say the smoke is white so that must indicate it's not oil?

Any tips or help is appreciated, thanks :)

could be an injector drawing in air, could be the turbo itself, could be the fuel pump.

Is there a managment light on aswell? Any mechanical noise?

The service light is on and that's all.

Mechanically it seems fine and the power hasn't suffered at all!

I've just took the air filter out there to check that and took it for a quick spin, it's tough to tell in the dark but the smoke is still there i think
