1.8 16v weight?

whats the weight of a standard 1.8 16v? maybe somebody has a manual? also standard spring rates, are they 130lb? suspension upgrade coming soon! ta.

980-1000kg, not sure about the spring rate.

your car needs to be corner weighed mate to figure out whats going on at each corner

Williams is 981kg.

I am running 225lb front and 300lb rear.

I would like to try 250 front. I think this would still be useable on the road.

I think 250/even 275 for track use. It will also be down to how you want the car to feel.

What suspension you going for?

Fred! i will need a full setup, but im just trying to get an idea. been to the weighbridge tonight, 960kg's...must be the imola eh. obviously how it is distributed will be down to the full setup, im 78.6kg's! Mark, not sure on what kit yet, im in the process of getting some quotes from some of the tuners. the car is unsettling on a quick left right, and under hard braking the whole back end lifts and wobbles like a megane advert. needs sorting for the track.
