1149cc 8 valve tapping/knocking

I've just repaired the head after a cambelt failure, 5 new valves, head skimmed, etc etc etc.

Ive put it back together and now there is a "tappety" noise from what sounds like only one cylinder/valve.

Does anyone have any suggestions as to what to look for or anything I may have done wrong??

tappets?? if youve put news valves in then youll defs need to do some mad adjustments
