14" Steelies fit over my 172 brakes?

I want to refurb my alloys on my ph2 172 so gonna buy some cheap steels to run about on. Would 14" steelies fit over the brakes?

No. I'm not even sure about 15" either

15" wheels do but they're isnt much clearance over the front calipers, so no 14" wouldn't mate

14 inch steelies only fit over the rear brakes not the front, I done this while refurbing my wheels, got given two 14 inch steels so put them on the back and done 2 wheels at a time.
