15 alloy wheels 172

hi,

just got a 172 ph2 i believe, i want to do a euro style, it comes with the standard 16" 5 spoke style alloys but i want to fit 15's, can some tell me if they have done this and if they fit over the brakes ok? and what tyres you are running,

15" wheels are a common size for people to fit but it has to be low to pull it off.

As mentioned, the car would look better lowered. My 172 looked really high on 15's. Pics below of it on 16's and then 15's. I wish I'd kept the White wheels now as I have new suspension And could lower it.

thanks for your response, definately going to be low as i putting on coilovers as well as going for the euro look! wheels are also going to be quite wide so should pul it off quite nicely, but i definately agree has to be low els it looks bad!!
