1999 clio initiale

I'm new to the clio sport website!
I have a 99 clio intiale 1.6 and i have just bought some 172 16" alloys, they have fitted ok but a little bit of rubbing from the rear so i have fitted some 5mm spacers. I think these will need replacing with 10mm as i am still getting a slight noise when going round corners.
The most concerning thing is that the ride feels lump and un-true. The tyres are brand new and have been balanced includinrg the tacking corrected, i know by puttings low profile tyres you lose the comfit ride.
I also want the rear light cluster with the modern lights with the clear round indicators and reverse light but the wiring is different! HAs anybody done this?
Any feed back would be appreciated!
