16v bumper

Ive just recieved my new terminator bumper, I currently have all the bolts undone on the 16v one Im taking off, just having trouble with the bolt behind the number plate, does anyone know how the f**k you get to it?

take the number plate off

Ha ha, done that but you still cant get to it.
