16v seats in a phase 3

im sick of the seats in my 1.2 phase 3, i have been told the 16v seats go straight in, is this true?

will 16v seats go on my subframes or need 16v ones, also what about the seat belt pre-tensioner does this get binned?

Youll need to use the 16v subframes !! Dont really know about the tensioner !!
