17" Wheels on 172 sport

Hi, just bought a set of 17's for my clio 172 phase 1, am i going to have problems with rubbing?

Is it lowered at all? What profile tyres are on them?

standard suspension, tyres are 205 40 17

Should be fine then if there IS slight rubbing, some 5mm spacers would sort it, and you can use these with your standard bolts. What wheels are they? Do you know the offset by any chance?

Mine rubbed a tiny bit and I think they were ET35. As said though, nothing some spacers won't sort. The only rubbing was on the bottom of the strut on one side, nothing major.

Thanks Bif, yeah I meant speed, overtaking etc. Imagine they look ok though.
