172 / 172 cup shocks

Hi

possible new clio owner here, hopefully off to look at a clio 172 cup at the weekend, its had new shocks all round.

are the shocks the same on the 172 as the cup?

I've heard the cup's are slightly lower, is this just the springs?

does it make much odds if the wrong shocks have been fitted? assuming they are different.

also does anyone know the part numbers for the cup shock so i can check the right ones have been used? again assuming they are different.

Front shock are diffrent mate, back ones are the same tho.

They also have slightly smaller and harder springs than a 172 as is roughly 3mm lower lol.
