172 and foot freezing.

Picked up my 172 the other week and I've noticed that when going 70+ I get a cold breeze down by the loud pedal. Which after a 2 hour blast down the motorway is annoying and freezes you foot.

Anyone else get this or have I got a hole somewhere I need to plug?

No - i'd imagine one of your 'Holes' needs filling TBH....

AC is off, If I whack the CC on full heat it does warm up but I think thats just heating the coldness. I think I'll look to get my hole filled

The 172 is silver if that helps. 56K on an 03 plate with all the fancy bits I think. Don't really know tbh. Its tidy, apart from it has been knee deep in horse s**t most of the time I've had it.

Haven't actually paid for it yet we are negotiating on the price. I reckon 2.5k he wants 4k? Haven't got a clue what they are worth.

2.5k is a fair punt atm tbh.

I can't see how a hole would get down there - not sure how youd test it either. 69 on the drivers seat i guess so you could see?

Got the brake pads to fit, going to buy the discs next month and then get the tyres and fingers crossed funds permitting a wheel refurb.

Road trip in June.
