172 Annoying 4k vibration

I know this has been posted about a million and one times but i have a very annoying vibration between 3.5-4k I have tried the engine mounts and fiddling with various bits of exhaust shielding along with the engine cover (desperate measure :/) I know its not drive line related as it even does it when stationary... any idea anyone???

Do you have solid mounts at all?
It's not surprising on a 10 year old french car even if you don't tbh.

No im running standard mounts however haven't checked the lower gearbox one and I know I shouldnt let it bother me being a 10 year old car and all that but it happens to be right at around 70-80 and use the car daily at this speed think I need to dive a little deeper annoying really as its only started doing it in the last week or so
