172 Bilstein PSS coilovers

does anyone know how the 172 Bilstein PSS coilovers, compare to the, H&R set up???

They are very similar mate but the dampers are not adjustable, go for the H&R's imo.

H&R's are only height adjustable, I find the damping spot on. Maybe a little soft for track.

The billies are a bit firmer. both kits consist of H&R springs and Bilstien dampers its just the spring and damper rates are different between the two. I couldnt tell you what they are but the H&R's are better for road and the Billies are better for track.
