172 Boot Release?

Is there a boot release somewhere else in a Clio 172 MKII if the button has stopped working?

Over the weekend my Clio decided that it was too much effort to unlock the boot along with doors. Is there a way of opening the boot until I get round to sorting it properly. :S

Have you tried unlocking using the button on the dash? I had the same problem whereby unlocking via the button on the key would lock/unlock the doors but not the boot.

Yeah I tried that too but it's the same, just nothing from the boot lock!

Ah, if not done so already it may be worth checking that there are no immediately obvious loose screws. Sorry I don't have any more specifics!!

That's ok mate, appreciate any kind of advice.

Think I'll have to give it a more in depth look at the weekend.
