how long should it last i know its a hard question but a rough idea??

how hard is it to change

and what would be better and who does them a standard one or uprated one

Its an engine out job to change though.

mines far too easy to slip and slips far too often when launching

Go uprated then...

You dont have to wait until the standard one is bitched to get a new one!

Pain in the @rse job to do though, I swapped the clutch for an uprated jobbie in my R5 GT Turbo and its a major task!
