172 cruise control

Has anybody actually got cruise control on their 172?

We were told that the reason for the delay in our order, was that they were having problems with the supply of cruise control parts, and this affected all Renaults.

Our car is @ Le Harve and has been there since Mon. We have been told that it will come with cruise control, but we have our doubts that it will.

We may never use it, as we very rarely go on long trips, but it WANTS to be on the car.

You could be waiting a while for the parts, the typical Renault way!! Get your car and take it back in when the parts arrive, should be nicely run in by then...probably around 20k by the time Ren sort it

Would be a hell of a long wait as our 3 year old had only just done 18k

Hooray

New car arrived today and it does have cruise control fitted

Looks quite subtle fitted into the recess either side on the steering wheel

Dont have any pics yet - but this is roughly where they are situated
