172 cup clutch question

Hi all bit of an issue, on my cup the clutch seems to be really hesitant in 1st when setting off from a stand still almost feels abit juddery but once your rolling changing in between gears is perfect and no slipping in higher gears etc so I'm a bit puzzled ?

Any ideas ?
